Our Story

Sol Spa is locally owned and operated by two families who shared a common vision: to create the best downtown getaway Kingston has to offer and to develop an inspiring brand.

The opportunity to purchase The Annex Spa in Downtown Kingston was the launching point that started it all, and on May 21, 2024, the deal was complete. The business came with a great team, but also needed a lot of elbow grease. Due to the age of the space, it was no secret to clients and staff alike that the space was in need of improvements.

We are proud to say that right away the team rallied around the ideas we brought forward, and had many of their own. Together we have already made many improvements, and we are only just getting started.

Right away, we wanted to make the space easier for our clients to enjoy:
New Art - We feature beautiful and exciting art by Michelle Reid and Adele Webster throughout the space. Every piece is available for sale, so don't be afraid to take them right off the wall!
New Refreshments - You can now enjoy delicious Marine Collagen water along with hot tea from our mini-bar!
Improved Service Rooms - new pillows, head rests, noise cancellation, stools and more for your comfort and for our practitioners
New Patio

Why leave your getaway so soon? We invented a whole new area for you to enjoy! Simply sit out on our Mosaic Patio where you can sip a beverage and breathe in the fresh air.
